The order page link is also on the receipt page you saw after paying, and it keeps working. Need to cancel? Say so in the chat: before the order goes to the printer you get a full refund to the card you paid with. Anything else, email hello@getoffscreen.com and we reply within one business day.
What to include
- The order number from the chat, if you have one.
- Your business name.
- What happened.
